Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Realty Workstation, a self-hosted brokerage software platform sold by Richmond Capital Inc, doing business as Realty Workstation ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The service
Realty Workstation is downloadable software you install on your own web hosting. Your subscription includes the software, a license for one website, all updates released while your subscription is active, and email support. We do not host your installation or your data — both live on hosting you control.
Subscription and billing
Realty Workstation is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed at the price shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, on the anniversary of your purchase, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Charges appear on your statement as REALTYWORKSTATION. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice by email, taking effect at your next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by using the manage-subscription link in your billing emails or by contacting us — no phone calls, no hoops. After cancellation you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Because you receive the full software immediately, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to remedy a genuine defect.
License
Each subscription includes a license key valid for a single installation on a single domain. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or use one key across multiple websites. If you move your site to a new domain, contact us and we will transfer your key. When a subscription lapses, the software stops unlocking; the data in your installation remains yours, on your server, in an open SQLite format.
Updates and support
While your subscription is active you receive every software update we release and email support with responses typically within one business day. We support the current release; issues caused by modified source code, third-party plugins, or hosting-environment failures are outside support scope, though we will always try to point you in the right direction.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own hosting, domain, backups (the software includes a backup tool — use it), and compliance with the real-estate regulations, MLS/IDX rules, and data-protection laws that apply to your brokerage. You agree not to use the software for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data on hosting you control.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after a renewal constitutes acceptance.
