Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Realty Workstation (a registered DBA of Richmond Capital Inc) collects when you use realtyworkstation.com and subscribe to our software, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and support the product, we never sell your data, and your brokerage data never touches our servers at all.
What we collect
When you subscribe or contact us we collect your name, email address, brokerage name, and website domain. Our order system keeps a record of your purchases, license key, subscription status, and the download links we issue you. If you use the contact form, we keep the message so we can reply.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, email, and the subscription status of your plan. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
License checks
Installed copies of Realty Workstation periodically contact our server to confirm the subscription attached to your license key is active. That check sends your license key and the domain it runs on — nothing else. Your listings, contacts, transactions, documents, and every other piece of brokerage data live only on your own hosting; we have no access to them.
We send transactional email: receipts, download links, renewal and payment-failure notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing blasts, and we never share or sell your email address.
Cookies
The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our vendor console uses a single session cookie for sign-in, which applies to us, not to visitors.
Retention and deletion
We keep order and license records while your subscription is active and for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Want your contact details deleted or want a copy of what we hold about you? Email us via the contact form and we will take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the update here with a new effective date and note it in a transactional email if the change affects you.
